  • 10 Days Return Policy 
  • For products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller. 
  • Rockhooper assures you the best of quality when it comes to our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason; you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging within 10 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. We shall issue 100% refund of the cost of the product

         Customer can return products in below specific reasons : 

  • If Wrong Product is delivered to you or if a damaged product is delivered to you, customers need to inform our team within 10 Days in case of any returns.  Contact No : 9677778091  
  • Customer needs to bear the shipping costs while returning the products. 
  • We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item. 
  • We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods. 
  • At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
  • Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. 
  • In case of product return, we will issue a refund once we receive the product back at our office.
  • Within 10 days the merchant will review the damaged product received from the customer and after 3 days the merchant will be delivered the replacement product. 
  • If a customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 10 working days.
